Who is responsible for processing your personal data?
Biowall Studio, with CIF number ES78908900V and registered address at España/Irlanda, is the DATA CONTROLLER responsible for processing the USER’s personal data, and hereby informs you that such data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December (LOPDGDD).
For what purpose do we process your personal data?
We process your data in order to maintain a commercial relationship with the user. The operations planned for data processing include:
Sending commercial and advertising communications via email, fax, SMS, MMS, social media, or any other electronic or physical means, present or future, that enable commercial communication. These communications will be carried out by the DATA CONTROLLER and will be related to its products and services, or those of its partners or suppliers with whom it has promotional agreements. Why are we allowed to process your personal data?
The processing is legitimised under Article 6 of the GDPR as follows:

For the legitimate interest of the DATA CONTROLLER: to conduct market research, statistical analysis, and to process requests at the USER’s own initiative.
How long will we retain your personal data?
Data will be retained no longer than necessary to fulfil the purpose of the processing, or as long as legal requirements demand. When the data is no longer needed, it will be deleted using appropriate security measures to ensure its anonymisation or complete destruction.
To whom do we disclose your personal data?
No communication of personal data to third parties is foreseen, except when necessary for the execution of the processing purposes, to our service providers involved in communications. These providers have signed the confidentiality and data processing agreements required under current privacy legislation.

2. MANDATORY OR OPTIONAL NATURE OF INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE USER
By ticking the relevant checkboxes and entering data in the fields marked with an asterisk (*) in the contact form or any download forms, USERS expressly, freely and unequivocally accept that their data is necessary for the provider to handle their request, and that the inclusion of data in the remaining fields is voluntary. The USER guarantees that the personal data provided to the DATA CONTROLLER is truthful and undertakes to notify any changes to it.
The DATA CONTROLLER informs that all the data requested through the website is mandatory, as it is necessary to provide the USER with an optimal service. If all the data is not provided, it cannot be guaranteed that the information and services offered will fully meet the USER’s needs.
3. SECURITY MEASURES
In accordance with current legislation on the protection of personal data, the DATA CONTROLLER complies with all the provisions of the GDPR and the LOPDGDD regarding the processing of personal data for which it is responsible. In particular, the DATA CONTROLLER adheres to the principles described in Article 5 of the GDPR, whereby the data is processed lawfully, fairly and transparently in relation to the data subject, and is adequate, relevant, and limited to what is necessary in relation to the purposes for which it is processed.
The DATA CONTROLLER guarantees that it has implemented appropriate technical and organisational policies to apply the security measures set out by the GDPR and LOPDGDD in order to protect the rights and freedoms of USERS and has provided them with the necessary information to exercise these rights.
